CABERNET SAUVIGNON: OLD WORLD GRAPE IN THE NEW WORLD
The premier Lewis-Clark Valley Wine Festival toasts Cabernet Sauvignon, our featured grape varietal. The 3-day celebration features winery events, Riedel glassware presentation, wine and history seminar, and the winemaker’s signature dinner event. All weekend long participating Lewis-Clark Valley Wine Alliance wineries will open their doors and welcome fellow patrons to taste their wine, listen to live music, dine on local food, and discover the flavor of our region.

Wine Festival: Weekend Tasting Passport | $40
Visit our eight participating wineries throughout the weekend within the Lewis-Clark Valley AVA and taste their wines - an $80 value! Wineries will feature live music, food, give-aways and complimentary tasting for passport holders. All event participants must have a passport to participate in any other festival event .
Wine Festival: Riedel Glassware Presentation | $85
The premier Lewis-Clark Valley Wine Festival kicks-off with an exclusive Riedel Glassware presentation at Basalt Cellars. Riedel has been designing and producing the highest quality glasses for the enjoyment of wine since 1756. Discover why winemakers choose Riedel as you taste at Basalt Cellars in Clarkston, WA. Participants will take home a set of 4 stemmed Riedel glasses at the end of the evening. Limited to 50 participants, must have passport to participate.
Wine Festival: History, Geology and Grapes Seminar and Luncheon | $45
Start your afternoon with an educational grape-growing seminar and luncheon at the Quality Inn & Suites in Clarkston with an educational seminar and luncheon where you will learn about the history of the Lewis-Clark Valley AVA and our featured grape, Cabernet Sauvignon. A panel of vineyard owners will be there to discuss the unique characteristics of the grape. Listen as Steven Branting, local historian, gives a presentation on the history of our area and Dr. Keegan Schmidt from Lewis-Clark State College provides a unique geology perspective. Must have passport to participate.
Wine Festival: Winemaker Dinner | $135
Join us for the signature winemaker dinner event at Mystic Cafe in Lewiston. Meet Lewis-Clark Valley AVA producers and winemakers as you dine and taste an eclectic 6-course menu paired beautifully with Lewis-Clark Valley AVA wines. Limited to 50 participants, must have passport to participate.
